Biden Depresion Beef Stew
1 can Alpo Prime Cuts stew with Beef
2 medium potatoes. (Diced)
1 small onion (Diced)
2 carrots (Sliced)
3 Tbs All purpose flour
4 cups water
Simmer potatoes, Carrots, and Onion in 4 cups water in a crock pot on medium, till tender.
brown 3 Tbs all purpose flour.
Add browned flour to crock pot vegetables along with
1 can of Alpo Prime cuts stew with Beef.
cook until desired thickness
feeds 8 Seniors
