He's never met Verbal, a face that only mother could love and our oldest. Moody little bastard. Still, we call him a good boy in a participation medal sort of way :Rolling:

I have a theory, borne out by a bit of experience.
A cat, secure in it's surroundings and people, will pick the human guest who's most uncomfortable around cats to suck up to.
Cats know who hate them and also know who to fuck with given the proper circumstances. The little sadists unerringly know this, it must be genetic.

I had a GF years ago, that hated cats, Boris knew this and exploited that hatred shamelessly by sucking up to her every chance he could. He knew that she hated him with a bloody passion but would never, ever harm a hair on his sainted head.

I showed Boris the box once, put a turd in there and the little genius got it right away. Never had to deal with that again. Meanwhile, the GF (yeah right) had a runt 4 lb Maltese that couldn't even be bothered to find the newspaper to shit on.
Hated that nasty little furuncle... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boil
My Wife, loves cats. Boris exploited that shamelessly too. He'd plop on her face and she'd sing the old Monty Python "Sit on my Face" song.
It's easy to see why we've been married for so long

:Rolling:

RIP Boris (2010).
