If there's one in DC now, probably. The first one's in Phoenix and the other 1600 locations to follow.

How bad does it have to be for a chain restaurant to go the bar route? Just the licensing and personnel issues seems like a lot of money down the drain.

Oh c'mon! Who do you think will pay those costs? A 10 dollar mimosa made with cheap spumante isn't out of the question. Who'd be the wiser? Booze snobs aren't known to congregate at IHOP, just ask my in-laws. :MrGreen:
