C.O.R.N.P.O.N.E. Consortium of Radio Nerds

I made my own PCBoard for a power supply, using Radio Shacks PCBoard Kit.
It looked pretty crude, but it worked.

Things have come a long way since then. Anybody tried the more modern methods?
I have heard of PCBoard Fab in a Box, But I know there are similar products to do it with.
