As sad as this is, I have to ask. How did they know she was from Texas before her body was Identified. Did they find spur marks from the rear or something?

I think there was a tattoo around a certain area of the body "Deep in the heart of Texas"

yes there is a Robots.txt file, but not all Bots follow the rules....
also there is a setting when you set up different sub foeums for the allowed group permissiobs.
I have guests/bots set for no access..
